Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr U.Ismayilova / Prices for non-residential premises in Baku has dropped in February 2007. The social organization of Real Estate Market Participants stated on 2 April that the profit factor of all non-residential premises dropped 5% during the month, with a 6.8% drop in rent prices.
The supply market had decreased at an average of 4.5% in non-residential premises, and increased by 1.3% in the second zone of the city, compared to January 2007.
In February the average price for non-residential facilities made up $2,112 per sq m (in January the price was $2,168 per sq m.)
