Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend U.Ismayilova / In March prices of construction materials in Azerbaijan rose 0.4% compared to the previous month, and 21.8% compared to March 2006. The Real Estate Market Participants reported on 12 April that in March only the price of emulsion dropped 0.8%.
As a result of monitoring, 33.8% of construction materials in the market was of local production. Monitoring was held of 86 types and 41 categories of construction materials. The table below describes a list of the major construction materials:
