Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend S.Aliyev / The Director of Ganja Car Factory, Khanlar Fatiyev, said on 2 April that the Factory intends to export its products through its official representation in Georgia. Particularly, the Factory intends to begin the sale of the Minsk tractors assembled in the Factory in Georgia.
The Factory has already concluded a contract with Agrolizing Joint Stock Company on the purchase of 382 tractors. All tractors will be delivered in 2007. The contract on the assemblage and sale of Belarusian tractors and trucks in Azerbaijan was signed in November 2006 in Minsk.
The assemblage is intended to begin in the 15,000-square meter territory. The Minsk Tractor Plant produces nearly 500 modifications of products, and the Car Factory, nearly 400. Ganja Car Factory is capable of assembling nearly 1,000 trucks and 1,000 tractors in Azerbaijan annually.
