Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr S. Babayeva / The director general of the Scientific Agrarian Ccentre of the Azerbaijan Ministry of Agriculture, Asad Musayev, will attend the annual meeting of the Consulting Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR) to be held in Dushanbe on 29-31 May.
Musayev will deliver a report on agricultural and scientific researches carried out in Azerbaijan inn 2006.
The CGIAR is a strategic alliance uniting countries, international and regional organizations, and private foundations under the auspices of which 15 international agricultural researches centres cooperate with national systems of agricultural scientific research organizations, private sector and civil society.
The CGIAR was founded in 1971.
