Peter Pashali , from the Department of Moldovan Trade and Commerce Chamber, stated at the fifth meeting of the GUAM Business Council held in Baku, on the 18th of June, "Moldova hopes to raise the relations up to due level and establish equal relations with Azerbaijan not only in the trade system, but also in the cultural and education spheres," he stressed.
Over the period of January-February, the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Moldova amounted to $1.5 mln. Over this period, the import from Moldova totaled more than $1.48 mln and export - $12500.
