Azerbaijan, Baku / TrwendCapital corr.U.Ismaylova / The social 'Participants of the Real Estate Market' organization has reported that the average price for apartment rental in Baku in June came to $606, meaning prices decreased by 3.4% in Baku's first and second zones.
Business rentals increased in price by 3%, the average price being $2,633/sq m.
As compared to May, the price for business rentals increased by 1% and the average index amounted to $21.2/sq m.
