Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr U. Ismayilova / Talks on the establishment of the Belarusian-Azerbaijani furniture marketing joint venture in Azerbaijan will commence on 7 September, the Deputy Director General on Economics & Marketing of Gomeldrev OJSC, Nikolai Gevrasev, said on 6 September.
The representatives of Gomeldrev are to arrive in Baku on 6 September to sign an agreement with Azerbaijani Azles Export-Import in this respect. Gevrasev said that the furniture to be produced will be made of wood.
In August the shareholders of 'Gomeldrev' planned to open a furniture shop in Baku. Previously the Company was involved in the delivering of veneer and other material to Azerbaijan
Gomeldrev is a large furniture enterprise in Belarus, which is includes woodwork, veneer and matches and wood industry. The company manufactures office furniture, bedroom suites, cabinets, tables, chairs, cornices etc.
