Azerbaijan, Baku, 18 July. Trend , corr E. Ismayilov/ Bail Limani drilling unit of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan plans to complete the drilling of new development well from Gunashli-14 platform by the end of the year, a source in the unit said on 18 July.
At the moment the depth of the well makes up 3,100 meters from the target of 3,750 meters.
The drilling unit plans to drill 19 oil and gas development wells this year, 13 out of which are expected to become operational by the end of the year. Gunashli field accounts for 9 of the wells, Oil Rocks - 6 and Alat Daniz - 4.
The unit plans drill over 36,000 meters in 2008.
