Azerbaijan, Baku, 21 August/ Trend / Balakhanineft oil and gas production unit (OGPU) of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan has repaired 134 wells versus planned 128 in January to July, OGPU said.
Some additional 5,097 tons of oil was produced as a result of the repairs in OGPU.
A total of 12 wells were launched from the non-active stock of wells of OGPU in January to July.
Though Balakhani-Sabunchu-Ramana field has been operating for 150 years, it retains its profitability.
