took place.
SOCAR Energy Georgia deals with distribution and marketing in the oil and oil
products market in Georgia. In particular, company sells oil products and gas in
the Georgian market, manages the network of service stations. Co-founders SOCAR
Georgia are: SOCAR - 51%, Petro-Trans FZCO - 32.7%, Ivan Chkhartishvili - 16.3%.3
