20 November /corr. Trend E.Ismaylov/ The construction of the methanol production
plant, operator of which is the Azmeco Company, is planned to be completed in
the first half of 2010, the Company said on 20 November.
The annual production capacity of the new enterprise will be 500,000 tons of
methanol. The technologies of production from the USA, Europe and Russia will be used for the construction of plant. The ready products will be transported
to the ports of Black Sea for further sale in the world markets, website of the
company says.
The project is realized with the
participation of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Nord
Bank. The conformity the project with the world ecological standards is
inspected by the companies Dappolonia (Italy) and Jacobs (England).
Azmeco Company was established in 2007 in Azerbaijan and is the operator of the project on construction and operation of methanol
plant production.
