Azerbaijan, Baku, November 26/ Trend / During first half year of production new asphalt plant of SOCAR produced 35,000 tons of asphalt worth AZN 3.5mln, SOCAR said. The plant has been functioning since May, 2008.
During this period, income of the plant totaled to AZN 571,000. The capacity of the plant makes up 56 tons of asphalt an hour.
The asphalt produced in the plant will be partly used to lay 10km of way next year within the construction of Garadagh underground has holder.
