Azerbaijan, Baku, 6 Dec / Trend / The total volume of oil refining at Azerbaijani oil refineries made up over 6.7mln tons in Jan- Nov 2008, while in the same period of 2007 it comprised 6.9mln tons, according to the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR).
Oil products are manufacturing at two Baku Oil Refining Plants with the total capacity of 20mln tons of oil per year. Both Oil Refining Plants are owned by SOCAR, which manufacture about 6mln tons of oil per day from offshore and onshore fields at its own expenses.
