Ukraine, Kiev, Jan. 14 / Trend , Z.Novosvitski/ "Ukraine is awaiting Russia's decision to pass to the governmental
level in the talks on the gas dispute," Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said at
a news conference on Jan. 14.
"The protocol service of the Ukrainian Government has requested the protocol
service of the Russian Government to discuss by telephone today how to transfer
the natural gas supplies negotiations between Russia and Ukraine from the plane of the negotiations between Gazprom and Naftogaz into the plane of
the two Governments. Now we are awaiting a response from the Government of the Russian Federation," she said.
