Gas supply was ceased in Sheki region (north-west region) of Azerbaijan as a result of flaw in the main line gas pipeline Jafarabad-Sheki on Feb. 28 morning, Trend correspondent in Sheki reported.
"The incident occurred at the third kilometer of 530 millimeter gas pipeline," Adil Mustafayev, head of gas distribution station in Sheki, said.
Presently, the brigade is operating in the plot of gas pipeline and gas supply will be restored in Sheki by today's evening.
Energy supply was partially ceased in Sheki, Qah and Zagatala regions as a result of breakdown in 110 kilovolt distribution line on Feb. 28, Eldeniz Hajiyev, head of Sheki regional distribution system, said.
The brigade is operating in the accident site, he said.
