Switzerland's Vitol S.A. purchased a consignment of the REBCO oil of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) from the Russian Novorossiysk port, SOCAR Marketing and Economic Operations Department said.
The consignment of 600,000 barrels will be dispatched on March 29-30.
