The second phase of the Iranian gas production plant Parsian operated today, Iranian television reported. The ceremony was attended by Iranian Oil Minister Golamhossein Novzari.
The Iranian gas production potential will increase to 60 million cubic metres after operating of the second phase.
The total capacity of the first and second phase at the Parsian gas production plant is 83.400 million cubic metres per day. This is the largest gas production plant in Iran. The plant is located in the Mehr city of Iran.
