Difficulties with financing of Busher atomic power-plant construction in Iran was connected with refusal of several Russian banks to operate Iran's obligations on the project, Atomstroyexport CJSC president Dan Belenkiy said in interview with RIA Novosti.

Construction of the first atomic station in Iran is under completion under management of Russian company.

"Presently, we deal with difficult process - integration of equipment. If we tell about financing of construction, there are problems because several Russian banks refuse to operate Iran's letters of credit and we have to change scheme of financing. But Iran's side is not guilty," head of the company said.

Belenkiy also stressed that there is still a problem concerning delivery of equipment from third countries.

"We continue to conduct start-adjusting operations. I would not like to tell about term of station launching at this moment," interlocutor of the agency said.
