In January to September, SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) delivered about 325 million cubic meters of gas to the Azerbaijani population, SOCAR said. In September, the company transferred about 101 million cubic meters of gas to the population.
SOCAR transferred about 181 million cubic meters of gas to the industrial facilities. In September, the company transferred about 68 million cubic meters of gas to the industrial facilities.
SOCAR delivered about 14.3 million cubic meters of gas to the municipal public utilities in period. In September, the figure was about 5 million cubic meters.
SOCAR transferred about 46.5 million cubic meters of gas to other enterprises in January-September and in September the figure was 19 million cubic meters.
Previously, all gas operations within the country implemented by Azerigaz. In June Azerigaz was reorganized as production union under SOCAR.
