LPG price review in Eurozone (Oct. 26-Nov. 2)

Over the past week (Oct. 26-Nov. 6), the average consumer price (including taxes) for LPG in 18 Eurozone countries remained stable at 551 euro per 1,000 liters. Data on fuel prices are posted on the official Web site of the European Commission.

The highest price for LPG in the Eurozone last week was observed in Bulgaria at 889 euro per 1,000 liters, and lowest in Romania at 429 euro per 1,000 liters. Prices for LPG in Bulgaria compared to the previous week increased by 27 euro, while the price in Romania remained the same.

In the LPG prices, France ranked second, where the price last week remained at 674 euro per 1,000 liters.

The Netherlands occupied third place among Eurozone countries. The price for LPG in the country increased by 12 euro last week and was 623 euro per 1,000 liters.

Portugal, Hungary and Germany followed.

Last week, the LPG prices in these countries amounted to 595, 588 and 570 euro euro per 1,000 liters, respectively. The price in Portugal did not change compared to the previous week. Hungary experienced a 18-euro-fall in prices, while Germany experienced a 2-euro-decrease.

Last week among Eurozone countries, along with Romania, the lowest prices on LPG were in Slovakia at 437 euro euro per 1,000 liters and the Czech Republic at 452 euro. Prices for LPG in Slovakia over the past week dropped by 18 euro per thousand liters and in the Czech Republic by 9 euro per thousand liters.

The price of LPG in the UK last week stood at 436 euro per thousand liters with a 10-euro-increase compared to the previous week.
