The French company Total was excluded from participating in the eleventh phase of the South Pars project, said Investment Affairs Deputy Director at the National Iranian Oil Company Hojatollah Ganimifard, the iribnews Web site reported.
Malaysian Petronans, the National Iranian Oil Company, and Total earlier participated in the development of eleventh phase of the project.
Recently a contract was signed between Iran and the Chinese Company CNPC in connection with the development of eleventh phase of the project.
