Today in Astana, Kazakhstan Development Bank JSC and Eximbank of China signed memorandums of understanding for financing the construction of the first integrated gas-chemical complex in the Atirau region and for financing the construction of steel plant with capacity of 500 000 tons of granulated metal per year, the press-service of Fund of National Welfare Samruk-Kazyna reported.
The memorandums were signed within Chinese President Hu Jintao's visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Documents were signed by the Chairman of the Board of Fund of National Welfare Samruk-Kazyna, K. Kelimbetov and Chairman and President of China Eximbank, Li Ruogu.
