In January-May, distribution networks of the SC "Azerenergy" consumed over 2.7 billion kilowatt hours of electricity, which is 5,000 kilowatt-hours less than the same period of 2009, SC said today. For number of subscribers this figure was about 1.1 billion kilowatt-hours.
The total payment for the consumed electricity by the distribution networks in this period amounted to over 85 percent, which is 9 percent more than the same period of 2009. Including , for number of subscribers payment amounted to 74 per cent, which is 1.5 percent higher than the same period of 2009, said in the report.
During five months, the highest figure for the total payment, including receivables of the past months, was observed in Sumgayit city power grid (156.4 percent), and the lowest in Sabirabad distribution networks (48.6 percent). On resident population the highest rate of payment, including receivables past months, was observed in Shirvan city power grid (108.3 percent) and the lowest in Sabirabad distribution network (37.5 percent).
