Training of the Emergency Situations Ministry on civil defense will be held on the territory of the "Ethylene-polyethylene" plant of the Production Unit " Azerkimya" Aug.18.
The main goal is to organize effective joint activities during emergency situations.
Ten fire engines and equipment will be involved in the trainings to be attended by 200 officers of Emergency Situations Ministry Protection Service.
PU Azerkimya has already begun preparations for the trainings. The issues on construction of stationary fire machineries and utilities of communication and alarm, provision with water, clothes, helmets and other accessories, are being solved. Participants are provided with methodological guidelines.
The training will be attended by a special commission of the Emergency Situations Ministry, representatives of Sumgait City Civil Defence Headquarters and Sumgait branch of the Republican "Red Crescent".
During the trainings at the plant brigade of medics of Sumgayit Medical Aid Station will be on duty.
