Georgia exported more than one billion kilowatt-hours of electricity in January-July.
According to the commercial operator of the electric power system, about 37 million kilowatt-hours of electricity was imported to the country for the same period. There was not import in April.
The volume of electricity consumed in Georgia amounted to 5.1 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity in January-July.
Georgian hydroelectric power stations generated about 5.9 billion kilowatt-hours since early 2010, thermoelectric power stations - 281.8 million kilowatt-hours of electricity.
