The oil refinery in Turkmenbashi city has announced an international tender for the design and construction of oil quantity and quality measurement facilities.
Interested parties should apply to the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries situated at the city of Turkmenbashi, Balkan region, Turkmenistan.
Interested parties must make a request in writing to participate in the tender and should;
- include the full name, juridical status, charter, country of registration and details of the applicant.
- read the tender rules for suppliers of material and technical products for the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan;
- obtain certification of the lot and technical requirements;
- obtain tender documents by paying $1,000 + 15 per cent VAT for the project.
Bids are sent to the second department of Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries. It is situated at the Turkmenbashi oil refinery in the city of Turkmenbashi, Balkan region, Turkmenistan. Bids must be received by 4pm on Oct. 7, 2010.
The account in which to transfer money will be indicated when the written application is submitted.
