The Georgian Enterprise Management Agency has provided two new facilities to the Energy Ministry.
According to a state decree, the ministry will receive 100 percent of the state's share in the Inguri Hydropower Plant and 24.529 percent of the shares in the Telasi company.
One month ago, the Energy Ministry received the 100-percent state share in the Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation, the State Electrical System, the Commercial Electric Power System Operator and a 50-percent share in GruzRosenergo.
