The Turkmenneft State Concern is upgrading its oil and gas transportation system.
A complex in the extreme southwest of the country has been added to the existing large hydrocarbon transportation complex in the Korpeje Field in the Balkan region.
A comprehensive gas installation in a major oil and gas field Akpatlavuk with capacity of three billion cubic meters of gas a year operates here, the construction of a gas-lift compressor station Keimir with a capacity of about one billion cubic meters of gas is underway.
The Khazar gas compressor station with a similar capacity will be soon commissioned in this region. Construction of the Jebel-Belek-Turkmenbashi pipeline is nearing completion.
