A blast occurred on the Tehran-Tabriz gasoline pipeline due to drilling work as a part of construction of the water pipeline route in the Miyaneh province, IRNA reported.
A mechanical shovel damaged the gasoline pipeline.
No casualties were reported. However, the damages caused to the Tehran - Tabriz oil pipeline have not been estimated yet. Firefighters have extinguished the fire. The pipeline is currently being repaired.
