The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) exported about 2.07 billion cubic meters of gas in January-September compared to 1.29 million cubic meters in January-September 2010, SOCAR said.
SOCAR exported 175.9 million cubic meters of gas in September 2011 compared to 121 million cubic meters in September 2010.
SOCAR supplies gas to Russia within the medium-term contract signed with the company "Gazprom". Also SOCAR exports part of gas to Georgia.
