Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Dec.24 / Trend, H. Hasanov /
Since early 2011 Turkmenistan has produced over 131,000 tons of liquefied natural gas compared to the planned 130,000 tons, gas condensate - 78,900 tons, or 5,000 tons more than the planned figure, the "Neutral Turkmenistan" newspaper reported on Saturday.
The main part of output accounts for Nayip complex in the east of the country. Installation for receiving liquefied natural gas, built by Italian company "Technofrigo" and three installations of Canadian company "Termodesign Engineering Ltd" are operating here.
Natural fuel is received for processing to industrial units from dozens of operational wells drilled on the fields of Naip, Kirpichli, Beurdeshik, Balkui, Gazlydepe and etc.
Raw material is transferred from gas storage facilities via certain 50-kilometer pipes to bulk terminal near the Gazachak settlement, the article says.
Liquefied gas is sent to various directions from the terminal by tank cars and special heavy-load motor transport in different directions, while the condensate is delivered by rail to Seydi Oil Refinery.
In 2011, gas processing complex was created on the Bagadj field. Another plant with processing capacity of one billion cubic meters of gas per year was recently commissioned close to the existing installation.
Received propane-butane via a 40-kilometer pipeline is sent to the bulk terminal of Seydi Oil Refinery, from where it is supplied via export routes.
