The gas supply from Azerbaijan to Georgia will be restored in case of need and treatment of the Georgian side, told Trend source at State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR).
There are no problems with gas supplies to Georgia and neighboring countries, the source said.
"Azerbaijan has enough gas for export. Gas supply to Georgia will be restored immediately after the treatment of the Georgian side," the source added.
SOCAR supplies its own gas to Georgia within its activity on the Georgian market via a pipeline linking the two countries in the Gazakh region of Azerbaijan. The pumping capacity via the pipeline is about 3 billion cubic meters of gas per year.
Through its enterprise SOCAR Georgia Gas the company operates gas distribution networks covering different regions of Georgia.
