Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed decrees on the establishment of the State Oil and Gas Institute and State Architecture and Construction Institute.
The Turkmen State Oil and Gas Institute is being established to improve the ongoing work to diversify export routes of the country's mineral resources to the world markets and to implement the oil and gas industry development programs at a high level.
The Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction will be formed to widely introduce the best methods and modern experience inherent in the fields of architecture and construction of the developed world countries and to further develop the country's architecture, building and construction materials industry.
New institutes will be under the jurisdiction of the Education Ministry.
