Ernst & Young participated in 19th International Caspian Oil & Gas Conference in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Ilgar Veliyev, Country Managing Partner for Ernst & Young in Azerbaijan, made a presentation today at the 19th International Caspian Oil & Gas Conference 2012 taking place at the Hilton Baku Hotel on 6-7 June, 2012. The presentation focused on investment climate in the region, major challenges and opportunities of doing business in Azerbaijan.

"I believe that Azerbaijan has a tremendous investment potential" said Ilgar.

Ilgar Veliyev highlighted the remarkable success Azerbaijan made in past 20 years in attracting the foreign investment, and stressed that institutional reforms and investments in education and corporate social responsibility are vital to make this success sustainable in a long-term future.
