The volume of gas exports in Kazakhstan amounted to 9.242 billion cubic meters in January-October, a source at the national dispatching department of the Statistics Agency of Kazakhstan told Trend.
In October, 2012, gas exports in the country amounted to 0.998 billion cubic meters compared to 0.903 billion cubic meters in September.
Thus, last month, 2012, exports of gas in the country amounted to 30.6 percent under production of 3.261 billion cubic meters.
Imports of gas in the country in January-October, 2012 amounted to 2.031 billion cubic meters. In October, 2012, imports of natural gas in the country amounted to 308 million cubic meters, which is 49.7 percent more than the previous month and 643.9 percent more than in October, 2011.
