Turkish Petroleum Corporation’s subsidiary transferred to Botas

A subsidiary of the Turkish State Petroleum Corporation TPAO, the Turkish Petroleum International Company (TPIC) has been transferred to the Botas state pipeline company, the Turkish official newspaper (Resmi Gazete) reported today.

It is reported that the company's capital is $500 million. TPIC's transfer to Botas will not affect the company's activity in the country and abroad.

The Turkish Petroleum International Company (TPIC) was founded as a subsidiary of the Turkish State Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) in 1988.

The company works in all areas of the oil industry including exploration, oil field servicing, sale of fuels and lubricants.

TPAO is working in such countries as Iraq, Syria, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuela.
