Azerbaijan, Baku, March 6 /Trend
A delegation led by the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine Edward Stavitsky is visiting Azerbaijan on March 11-12, Trend was informed by the ministry of industry and energy of Azerbaijan.
During the visit Edward Stavitski will be accompanied by the vice minister of foreign affairs of Ukraine and vice-chairman of the Ukrainian part of the inter-governmental commission for economic co-operation between Ukraine and Azerbaijan Viktor Maiko, the director of the Metinvest Company Andrey Chebanenko, chairman of the board of directors of the Altkom Company Alexander Tislenko, president of the CA Interbudmontazh Company Vladimir Petruk and a number of the ministry officers.
An enlarged meeting of ministers will take place within the scope of the visit.
During the meeting the parties will discuss the agreement 'on measures for the development of co-operation between the government of Azerbaijan and the cabinet of ministers of Ukraine in the sphere of oil transportation through the territory of Ukraine' signed on January 26 2011.
Also on the agenda the memorandum 'on co-operation between the government of Azerbaijan and the cabinet of ministers of Ukraine in organisation of deliveries of liquefied gas to Ukraine', the Eurasian oil transport corridor, the project of the Odessa - Brody - Płock - Gdansk pipeline, activities of the international pipeline enterprise Sarmatia, as well as work carried out by SOCAR Energy Ukraine, an affiliated company of SOCAR.
