Iran’s ICOFC monthly output exceeds expectations

Iran's Central Oil Fields Company has produced one million cubic meters of natural gas more than the expectations in the first month of the current calendar year, which began March 21, the company's managing director said on Saturday.

It is while the company had produced 730 million cubic meters of gas more than the expectations in the first four months of previous year, the IRNA News Agency quoted Mehdi Fakhour as saying.

ICOFC daily produced 264 million cubic meters of gas in the previous calendar year, showing a 2.23 per cent increase compared to the projected figure of 232 million cubic meters, he said.

Iran's Central Oil Fields Company supervises all upstream activities in the central oil and gas regions of the country.
