In Kazakhstan, the volume of industrial output totaled 101.9 percent, the Statistics Agency of Kazakhstan reported.
"Thus, crude oil, natural gas and non-ferrous metal ore extraction increased between January and April 2013 compared to the same period in 2012, ", an agency statement released on Monday says.
Between January and April 2013, oil and gas condensate production in Kazakhstan increased by 2.4 percent compared to the same period last year, it amounted to 27, 2 million tons.
Gas production grew by 3.8 per cent to 14.2 billion cubic meters. Gasoline production reduced by 19.3 per cent to 800,000 tons.
Production of ferro-alloys in the reporting period fell by 4.1 percent to 500,000 tons, flat bar production by 38.8 percent to 700,000 tons. Refined copper production increased by 12.1 percent and amounted to 120,600 tons.
