In January-April 2013, Azerbaijan produced 25,100 tons of aluminium sulphate or barium which is 51.9 percent more than in the same period of 2012, the Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee told Trend on Saturday.
An increase was observed in many basic chemical products produced in January-April.

In January-April, the country produced over 7,900 tons of hard polyethylene pipes, tubes and hoses which is 13.6 percent more than in the same period of 2012. the country has also produced 265 tons of porous polyurethane plates and strips which is 13.7 percent more than in January-April 2012.
