The head of SOCAR Turkey Enerji company Kenan Yavuz has been re-elected as a member of Petkim petrochemical company's Management Board for the next three years, a message released by Turkey's Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuoyunu Aydınlatma Platformu - KAP) said March 29.
The message also said that the Head of Investments Department at Azerbaijan's state oil company SOCAR Vagif Aliyev, Vice-President of Refining David Mammadov, Vice-President of Economic Issues Suleyman Gasimov, a representative of SOCAR Turkey Enerji Farrukh Gasimov, independent members Tevfik Bilgin, Metin Kilci and Emin Birpinar, as well as Mehmet Bostan have been re-elected for their previous posts at the company's Management Board for three years.
Moreover, the company's financial reports have been approved, according to the message.
In particular, proposals on distribution of dividends worth 472.5 million Turkish liras until June 27 have been approved.
The official exchange rate is 2,8784 TRY/USD as of March 29.
