Kazakh national oil transporting company KazTransOil decreased its stand-alone net profit by 6.4 percent to 36.1 billion tenge (353.7 tenge = $1) in 1H of 2016 compared to the same period of 2015, the company reported.

The stand-alone revenues of KazTransOil amounted to 96.2 billion tenge in 1H of 2016, or 1.2 percent less than in 1H of 2015.

KazTransOil decreased oil pumping by 10 percent to 21.92 million tons in Jan. – June 2016 compared to the same period of 2015.

The consolidated volume of oil pumping through KazTransOil group’s pipelines also decreased by 10 percent compared to the same period of 2015 and totaled 28.3 million tons.

KazTransOil is Kazakhstan’s national operator of the main oil pipeline. The company manages a network of 5,400 kilometers long main oil pipelines and 2,000 kilometers long water pipelines.
