BP has no concrete specific work plan regarding Iran, the company’s CEO Bob Dudley said.
He made the remarks during the 23rd World Energy Congress in Istanbul, Turkish media outlets reported Oct. 11.
Dudley also noted that the BP needs to establish new partnership relations.
The BP has been restructured, new standards emerged, he noted, adding that the company has an agreement with Iran regarding crude oil, but there is no particular specific work plan with the country.
The 23rd World Energy Congress will last till Oct.13.
Running since 1924, the triennial World Energy Congress is the World Energy Council’s global flagship event that enables dialogue among ministers, CEOs and industry experts on critical developments in the energy sector.
