Bunyad Sardarov Machine-Building Plant, a part of Azneftekhimmash OJSC, plans to attract investments worth 31.5 million manats to expand its production, Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) reported.
It was noted that, the project for the expansion of production sites expected to be executed in 10 years and the investments to be paid off in 7.5 years.
The project provides for a long-term lease of the production sites specializing in machine building and machine-tool construction in the Binagadi settlement, as well as the sites’ reconstruction and modernization. Following the results of modernization, with the use of technologies that meet international requirements, it is planned to apply for a monogram of the American Petroleum Institute for the main products manufactured by the plant.
Bunyad Sardarov Machine-Building Plant has been operating since 1926. The plant delivers its products to the CIS countries - Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Moldova and Ukraine, as well as to others, like Iran, Algeria, Bulgaria, Vietnam, Cuba, Syria and Mongolia.
