Official opening ceremony of the first Russian Lukoil automobile petrol station will be held in Tashkent on March 19, the representative of the Russian company told Uzbek Podrobno.uz agency.
According to the information, the first petrol station in Tashkent was opened back in January 2017, however, has been non-operating since then.
The company said that the petrol station will sell high quality diesel fuel, AI-92 and EURO-5 compliant AI-95 gasoline. The petrol prices aren’t disclosed until the opening.
Lukoil enters the Uzbek market with its own petrol products that will be imported directly from Russia.
The company plans to build a network of petrol stations along the Tashkent Ring Road. Lukoil will expand the network to the whole Uzbekistan in the future.
