SOCAR Petroleum, operator of gas filling stations network of Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR plans to increase the number of its filling stations in the country to 29, according to the information in the video footage published on the company’s Facebook page.
Three new filling stations of SOCAR will be commissioned in Baku.
“The construction of one of them in Pirallahi is already complete and it will be put into operation in coming days. The construction of another filling station in Yasamal district is also close to completion,” said the message.
Moreover, according to the information, the construction of one more station has begun not far from the Baku-Novkhani road in Binagadi district.
SOCAR is engaged in retailing of oil products through its filling stations in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine, Romania and Switzerland. Currently, SOCAR has 26 filling stations in Azerbaijan.
