The Turkmenbashi oil refineries complex (TORC) has announced a tender for the purchase of off-site, processing, drilling equipment.
Applicants can submit application and receive a package of tender documents by paying $575 per lot. Commercial proposals must be submitted in two sealed envelopes.
The information on technical characteristics should be submitted in the first envelope, and the commercial proposal with prices for the offered products should be submitted in the second envelope.
Bids will be accepted until 20.08.2018.
