The production of gasoline will reach about 47 million liters, diesel - 13 million liters a day in the Persian Gulf Star Refinery in Bandar Abbas county of Iran’s southern Hormozgan province during the coming week, executive director of the refinery Mohammed Ali Dadwar said.

This increase will be achieved as a result of the certain changes and the production of 20,000 barrels of sweet naphtha daily, Dadwar added, Trend reports referring to Shana News Agency.

He added that the produced naphtha will be supplied to the petrochemical plants.

Dadwar said that the fuel production at the plant increased by 400,000 barrels per day as a result of an increase in fuel processing at all three phases of the plant and spending around 70-80 million euros for the needs of the plant.
