Over $1 billion was saved as a result of transportation of gas extracted with oil on Siri Island in Iran’s southern Hormozgan province to the Kish Island, director of the Iranian offshore oil company’s branch in Kish Island Shahsevar Argash said.

Argash made the remark at the 16th Kish energy exhibition, Trend reports referring to SHANA news agency.
