Oil transportation, transshipment volume via Kazakhstan in 2019 revealed

Volume of oil transportation and transshipment via KazTransOil pipelines amounted to 44.4 million tons in 2019, which is 846,000 tons less than in 2018, Trend reports with reference to KazTransOil.

The non-consolidated oil turnover amounted to 37.6 billion t-km, which is 382 million t-km less than in 2018.

The consolidated oil turnover made 45.5 billion t-km, which is 539 million t-km less than in 2018.

The volume of oil transportation to Kazakh refineries made 16.8 million tons (734,000 tons more than in 2018), including: 5.2 million tons to Atyrau Refinery (59,000 tons more), 5.3 million tons to Shymkent Refinery (633,000 tons more), 5.2 million tons to Pavlodar Refinery (36,000 tons less), and 897,000 tons to Aktau Bitumen Plant (78,000 tons more).

The volume of oil transportation by Atyrau-Samara section of Uzen-Atyrau-Samara pipeline amounted 14.3 million tons (429,000 tons less).

The volume of oil transhipment to Atasu-Alashankou pipeline made 10.8 million tons (526,000 tons less).

The volume of oil transhipment to the tankers at the Port of Aktau using the facilities of KazTransOil amounted 2.02 million tons (18,000 tons higher).

The volume of oil transhipment to the CPC-K pipeline amounted 1.7 million tons (373,000 tons less).

The volume of oil transportation by Kazakh section of TON-2 pipeline made 11 million tons (1,000 tons more).

The volume of oil transportation by pipelines of Kazakhstan-China Pipeline Ltd amounted 16.2 million tons (202,000 tons more). Oil turnover made 14.5 billion t-km (18 million t-km less).

The volume of oil transportation by pipeline of MunaiTas Ltd made 3.2 million tons (645,000 tons less). Oil turnover made 1.2 billion t-km (290 million t-km less).

The volume of crude oil and petroleum products transhipment by the companies Batumi Oil Terminal LLC and Petrotrans Limited made 857,000 tons (173,000 tons less).
